Whoever you are, whatever your connection to MS, our professionally trained staff and volunteers are there for you.
You can ask us about anything to do with MS, including latest news, symptoms, diagnosis, benefits, employment, managing symptoms or MS research. You can also get in touch if you feel down and want someone to listen, via phone, text phone, email and face to face.

Helpline workers are fully trained, and many of us have MS or are affected by it personally.
We are not medically qualified and can't tell you what to do, but we can give you information and explore your options with you. The information we provide is always up to date and backed by evidence.
We occasionally monitor enquiries for training and quality purposes, but all contact to the Helpline is confidential.
It’s free to call the Helpline from most UK landlines and from the following mobile networks: Orange, O2, T-Mobile, 3, Tesco Mobile, Virgin and Vodafone.
The Helpline can get very busy. If you have difficulty getting through to a Helpline worker, you can leave a message and someone will contact you as soon as possible, or you can email us on helpline@mssociety.org.uk . Please note, we can’t return calls to people who have an anonymous call-barring system.
The MS Society National Helpline is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical care. We would always suggest that you check with your doctor, MS nurse or neurologist if you have any concerns about your condition or treatment.
