Champion profile:
Mark is married and has three children. He is 39 years old and describes himself as relatively active, fit and adventurous. Mark took part in the Kilimanjaro Trek in 2005 as a family member has MS and is active in the local branch. Mark used the local press, radio and TV as well as setting up his own website. He planned a variety of events to appeal to different audiences and used business and professional networks. Finally, he engaged friends and family and contacted the local branch for publicity.
