Champion profile:
James is a 39 year old Army Officer. He is married and has a 3 year old son.
James ran the London Marathon to support the MS Society in 2006 and had an amazing day. A close family member has MS and James was keen to support the society. He managed to combine that with a personal ambition, completing the London Marathon.
James raised about £3,000 by asking friends and family to sponsor him. He set up an online sponsorship form on the (External) Justgiving website and that proved to be very successful. However, he also had people who responded better to the traditional paper sponsor forms.
