From Stratford upon Avon, Warwickshire gained the Gold award.
Champion profile:
Carrie lives in Stratford upon Avon and was previously British Champion in Mogul Skiing. She is now working in corporate finance and describes herself as very enthusiastic, determined and motivated.
Carrie took part in the London Marathon in 2006. She describes the atmosphere as amazing and the support of the crowd really inspired her to keep going. Carrie had decided to run for the MS Society as a very good friend had been diagnosed with MS.
Carrie's advice is to start fundraising early on to beat the rush and ask everyone. She also advises to organise a night out as people will be happy to support it.
