Transforming Community Care Workshop Presentations
Lynne Brown -Strategic Lead for Nursing attended the workshop on Transforming Community Care, on 10 September, which is being supported by the Queen's Nursing Institute.

We promote good practice in treatment and care; fund specialist practitioners; provide training and education resources; publish newsletters and reports and enable exchange of information through the

Professional conferences and workshops.
These include free weekly and monthly current awareness services for professionals, and access to the Library database which contains web links to the full text of many documents relating to MS.
The MS Society is committed to supporting health and social care professionals to reach people with MS. Through the Information Providers' grant the MS Society aim to make sure that every person who is diagnosed with MS has immediate access to the latest information and local support and support professionals providing quality evidence-based information.
Regular newsletters and an annual event are just two of the benefits of joining this network.
