The MS Society’s Annual General Meeting will take place on
Saturday 13 September at the Sofitel Hotel, London Heathrow

Members can propose and vote on AGM resolutions.
To submit a resolution, please complete the attached form and send trustees@mssociety.org.uk or, if you have any further queries, please telephone 020 8438 0862 .
The deadline is for submission of a proposed resolution is:
Monday 2 June
