Emotional support

MS can be tough to deal with. Whether you have MS yourself or you’re close to someone who does, it can throw a lot at you, often without warning.

You don’t have to face it on your own. The MS Society can help you get the right support.

Living with MS brings up certain challenges, whether you've just been diagnosed or have lived with the condition for some time.

Telling people you have MS can be difficult. It might be hard telling family, or equally difficult telling someone you barely know. There is help out there.
